Proximity to bus stop excellent
- Parking stall is VERY tight (Outback barely fit), clearance is 6’8” so check your ski rack
- Noise issues with the adjacent units which appear to also be rentals entry/exit, stomp, talk all hours
- Bed hard and lumpy- was able to get pillow topper for mattress from mgmt which made a great improvement. Thanks!
- No vacuum
- Despite a recent renovation it is showing wear from short term rentals. BUT you’re paying for proximity not a luxury
- Radiant heating great
- Compost AND recycling :)
- Being in the back corner of the Lagoons is great because it’s away from main foot traffic but can hear Hwy 99 a lot.
- Roll up your sleeves if you’re going to turn the shower on. Glass panel adjacent to the water faucet is not moveable so your arm gets wet turning on the water. Also it wasn’t stocked with shampoo or soap in the pump dispensers.
- The washer and dryer are dated and won’t pull lint well, take a long time, and wrangled/tore some of our items.
- Plenty of storage in the unit for clothes and skis.
- Kitchen decently stocked for a rental but Need to bring your own cleaning products. Dishwasher very quiet. Fridge spacious.
- The furniture, decor etc is all IKEA and the table legs are wobbly and need a tightening.
