Rooms were not ready when we arrived at check in. Left for the evening and when we returned multiple families were still waiting for clean rooms. There was one person working. We did get a room but it had not been cleaned. There was trash in the room, hair in the sink, and the bed was made but the sheets looked like they had been slept in. Ended up leaving the hotel because it was too dirty to stay in.

We are very disappointed about the check in and cleaning service. We were waiting 2 hours to get a room because they did not reafy. We were many people waiting for the same. We got arrive at 3 pm and the rooms were not ready. Finally, the cleaning service was not good in the room and the bath is old in our room. In the breakfast time were many people, the room was dirty. Definitely, the hotel needs more people to do the cleaning service.

The parking was fine. The front desk lady when we checked in had no personality, couldnt care less that we were checking. Pool couldn’t be used because the water was cold. MOST IMPORTANTLY, THE MATTRESS WAS THE WORST I’VE EVER HAD AT A HOTEL (room 311). You had to lie in the middle of the mattress because it sloped downward. The best thing, the luggage cart rolled well and worked fine.
