The shower wand connection to the water pipe coming out of the wall leaked badly, bleeding off most of the water pressure, resulting in a shower that was a mere trickle of water. Very disappointing! Also, the bed was unusually bouncy, resulting in either of us moving or turning over causing such bed movement that it woke up the other. also, the room had no microwave, which is pretty standard for hotel rooms these days. ADVICE: have your maintenance people be PROACTIVE rather than REACTIVE !!! The guest shouldn't have to be your fault informants...your maintenance people should be finding this stuff and fixing it BEFORE it inconveniences a paying customer. Also the only floor with an ice machine was the 1st floor...terrible. This was the only hotel that I haver stayed in that didn't have an ice machine on every floor!
