The restaurant was freezing, breakfast was low quality considering its £12, checkout is 10am, they wanted £10 for 11am checkout.

Broken door, no plugs for bath or sink, no water pressure, it was so low that the shower mixer wouldn’t activate unless full cold water on

Newly refurbished
Comfortable and clean. The bar man Adrian was very friendly. Room was not cleaned, Adrian told us that we had to ask for cleaning as it was not an automatic service!! We had no hit was, when we asked about this the maintenance staff said that there was a fire alarm which turns off certain systems and the hot water is one of the affected systems!

Took 3 trys to get into room, back and forth to reception, then door lock had to be manually reset. Plumbing made loud noises and took ages for toilet to flush. No doorknob on inside of toilet door. Linen was clean. Beds firm but ok.

Upon arrival, I was told the their was no room, as they oversold. I can wait or cancel a booking. But if I choose to wait, I will have to wait 1-2 hours before they clean the room.
