We mainly needed a place to sleep that would fit all of us comfortably and keep us close to the Grand Canyon. This was the perfect tiny house. There were 5 of us but the amenities were fine for our group. The property was the perfect location for visiting the Canyon, it was clean, and very quiet. The only downsides are: 1) I sent a few emails and replied to a text several weeks before our arrival, asking about the possibility of checking in a little bit before 3pm and never heard back from anyone but we ended up getting there after 3pm anyway so it was fine. 2) the smoke alarm starting going off at midnight. I was with my 3 small children so this was annoying for a few reasons A) the smoke alarm is in the center of a vaulted ceiling, I had to lean all the way over the loft to just barely reach it. B) Even after taking the batteries out, it kept going off. I had to unplug the wires to make it stop.
All in all, this was a good experience and if I was traveling to the Grand Canyon again, I would stay here again. I'm sure the smoke alarm was a fluke incident.
