Worse stay ever
There was mold above the bed on wall , bathroom was not clean at all hair in shower, mold on baseboards. Shower head did not even work enough to get shampoo out of my hair

Good front desk service, nevertheless big con was the pool was not in service, i picked this hotel for the indoor pool for kids so big dissapointment, also the breakfast is very poor dont even has a waffle device, would not stay here again

The first impression upon entering was the very distinct odor of marijuana. The second was upon entering the room. The restroom was not clean. The sink faucet was covered in something that was white and flaky. The bathtub was clean but the wall and ceiling over it looked like there had been leaks at some point, leaving a red/ orange residue. The third impression was the lack of hot water both days when showering. The shower was lukewarm at best.

The bathroom sink was clogged, we complained to the reception but no one was sent. The bathroom door lock did not work either. Exhaust fan was not working in the bathroom. All in all it was not a nice stay

Affordable and conveniently located. Property was oddly laid out and cleanliness/facilities is what you'd expect for a budget hotel, but we were pretty happy with our room. The breakfast had hot items and was pretty good. Staff was very nice and responsive.

Not so great. Stayed on 1 floor with pet. Hotel main door to outside was broken so left open all night and day. Cold and potentially unsafe. Hallways were dirty. Room floor had paint chips. Breakfast was ok. Bed was comfortable. Location very convenient to colonial Williamsburg.

The room is on the first floor, and the double door to the outside parking is broken. It stayed open all night, and I was told that it was broken, so it could not close. No camera was noticed to guarantee security. Under the bed, I found a beer bottle

Needs Upgrade
Our stay here was fine for a no-frills hotel. The hallway leading to our room was a little dirty; the room itself had some paint splatters on the furniture and the bathtub had lots of stains - really needed an upgrade. We put up the “please make up my room” sign while out all day, and were disappointed that no one came to clean it. Probably would not choose to stay here again.

Coming into the building, we were greeted by the front desk, check in was easy and the lobby was clean. The room was clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Main disappoint, especially for the kids, was the pool heater was not working. The pool appeared to be originally an outdoor area that they enclosed at a later date, therefore since the weather was cold so was the entire enclosure. They didn’t have a choice to try the pool without the heated water since the building itself wasn’t heated. The pool, of course, was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. Other than that our stay was comfortable. The breakfast was adequate. The restaurant attached to the hotel was also very good.

Enjoyed the nearby attractions, restaurants and amusement parks/museums. The indoor pool was nice relaxation with the boys. Negative is the lack of facility maintenance. Several exterior doors remain opened and unable to close allowing cool air to enter the hotel. Also, a sense of insecurity crept into my conscience regarding the door situation.
