The staff was friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately the room we had was experiencing some odd behaviors with the AC unit. That particular night it was cold so we had the room set on 72. Even when set at 76, the unit was still blowing cold air. This continued on and off the entire evening leaving us feeling under the weather the next day from constant hot air and then cold air blowing. The front desk mentioned letting her manager know and hopefully us getting some sort of compensation but I never heard anything. The renovations were done well. Breakfast was great. Rooms were comfortable and clean.

Our group stayed at the Comfort Suites while attending an event at W&M. The hotel staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful and customer-service focused. The rooms were spacious and clean; the breakfast buffet had many choices; the hotel grounds were well-kept. We enjoyed our stay very much! We definitely recommend this hotel and will plan to stay there again next time we're in the area.

Had a really good stay overall. The gentleman who checked is in was super friendly and efficient. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. There was a lingering smell of smoke in our room. But other than that- was a good place to stay.

A one night stay, purely to break a longer overall journey. Hotel was ok, nothing inspiring. Staff were friendly and polite. Lots of parking space, free. Room (suite) was spacious but lighting rather dim, shower (over bath) a bit weak. Bed clean and comfortable. Modern connectivity/charging is limited to one side of bed - a USB on clock radio. Breakfast basic, hot and cold offerings. Plastic cutlery.
