I usually don’t write reviews but this time we had a terrible experience. We had a family trip before thanksgiving and checked in around 10pm for the first night. When we were about to go to bed, we saw a dirty pair of men’s athletic socks under the duvet! It was absolutely disgusting. The cleaning staff obviously didn’t do their job at all. The front desk staff came immediately to change all the bed linens for the two beds. I didn’t want my kids to stay in the small room with dust from changing the beddings so they had to waited in the lobby with their dad, and by the time the staff finished cleaning and we could finally go to bed, it was already 11:30pm, too exhausted especially for a 2 years old! This is unacceptable. Two stars: one for the front desk staff that night, and one for the location.

A good place to stay (but not to eat breakfast)
This is a very nice hotel — up to date and clean, with comfortable beds and the conveniences of mini fridge and microwave in each room. The only negative was the breakfast (the eggs seemed to be from a box and the other offerings provided little protein and lots of sugar).
