Cheap for a reason
The folks that work there were very kind. I doubt any of the issues are due to their lack of effort. The bed was awful, a mattress that should have been thrown away a long time ago. The blinds did not close without having to rig them up each time. The tv was unplugged and after about 10 mins I got free channels. The toilet would barely flush water, and the mini fridge in this room was not functioning. This room at least needs a complete overhaul. The biggest issue by far is the parking situation. You could ice skate on every inch of the small parking lot. It is a death trap during any sort of weather. If the staff were not as friendly as they were, I would have never stayed in this hotel after seeing the room.

This room was horrible . The lock on the door was broken and I had multiple people walk in thinking it was their room. The service staff came up and said he needed me to come to front desk to confirm I was the right person in the room . There was a screw sticking out of the wall, the bed seemed to slant sideways and the ac/heater kept kicking on and off and wouldn’t keep a consistent temperature . I’m extremely disappointed and I had to stay there for 2 nights .

Most of the staff was really friendly but we kept having problems with our room. First of all the lock on our door quite working and it took us going up to the desk several times before someone checked it out so someone had to stay in the room so we could get in. Finally they moved us to a different room which was smaller than the first one. In the second room we had problems with the toilet. It kept getting clogged and no one knew where a plunger was at plus the towel rack kept falling down

No elevator but since it’s a 2 story building, I don’t mind. Staff very friendly and awesome. Went to spend Thanksgiving with my husband since he works on a rig there so it was a different scenery. Hotel a bit old but not bad for the price. Breakfast was a plus and would stay again.

I stayed for the weekend with my two dogs. The place was very clean and bed was oh so comfortable. They allowed me to also get breakfast in the am for the fur kids. We would wait till almost the end and was allowed to take the extras for the kids

I have been staying often and will again soon! My kids love the pool, even though it's just a little pool and hot tub, they look forward to when I get a room. The other guests have always been friendly, it's a great place to stay! Highly recommend if your on a budget ☺️

Below Average Room
Check in was good, just a slow computer. Front desk lady was welcoming and helpful. The carpet in building is very aged and in much need for an upgrade. Shower had remnants of hair from previous folks. The bed was sinking into the middle and was lumpy with springs a little noisy. Cooler/heater was loud and made it a bit difficult to sleep.
