Unit was great, property management left a lot to be desired
The unit itself was exactly as expected - clean, well stocked, efficient design, excellent water pressure. The property has excellent amenities. But the doors/walls/ceilings are very thin - you can hear everything, so it's not quiet.
The main problem was the management company, Grand Welcome. I received the check in email with all the details, but it did not include the codes needed for the garage door, lobby, & unit. I called the day before arrival, & was told someone would get back to me. No one did. I called again the morning of, & after waiting some time I was finally given three codes - access code, common door code, and door code. I asked which code was which, & was told the access code was the garage, the common door was the lobby, & the door code was for the unit.
Upon arrival, the access code wouldn't work for the garage door. I tried calling & was on hold for almost 20 min before I could speak to someone. (I did try all the codes, but I think because I wasn't typing in the correct # of digits, it wasn't working right.) After another long wait, I was finally told the common door code was the garage code, the access code was for the unit, & the door code was just the unit #. I understand if there was an issue, but having to wait on hold for 10-20 min each time is unacceptable.
I also tried to do early checkin, & was told that I could call after 11 the morning of & they would have my unit cleaned first. But when I did that, I was told it wasn't possible. Annoying!
