Property was great but the property management company subpar. We had rented this house for our family of five expecting 2 working tolilets. Turns out the toilet in the master bedroom was defective and unusable the entire stay! First, the tank was refilling every minute., making it impossible to sleep since it is literally next to the master bed. The management was informed about this defect and sent a plumber during a timeframe we had informed them we weren't available. The next day, a handyman was sent who deemed the toilet to be working - saying we had simply shut-off the water to the toliet. In fact, the toilet had stopped flushing entirely and had to be flushed manually, at which point it would run without stopping, What was most upsetting about this whole situation is that management company has not seemed concerned that our stay was adversely impacted, the issue was never fixed and they have offered no recouse. We did attempt to contact the company before posting this; however, we never received a follow up call from TJ as promosed. Sorry property owner but the lack of talking responsibility for this by the property management company is unacceptable and should make this property undesirable for others! Who wants to book at 2 bath with no working toilet?
