First , this is my second time staying here and the first time I thoroughly loved it. This time , I still can say the room was clean and the front desk was still extremely nice as well as the housekeeping . However it was a lot of drifters hanging around this time. Some who was in the room next to me , kept us up throughout the night , we had to go and get spray to keep whatever smell they had coming from their room as well listen to the hotel attendants practically beg them to depart from the room the next day after check out time. Not to mention I was asked by someone staying at the hotel if they could catch a ride back with me after I check out 3 days later back to my home town and I live over 5 hours away. I didn’t even know this person. This was a nightmare and I felt bad because it wasn’t the hotel, it was the guests that made it miserable for me and my husband this time so I have to really consider before if I will stay again , because I may have PTSD thinking about it!!

Checkin was good. The room given smelled of marijuana. I mentioned it to the receptionist lady and she gladly changed my room. It was a good stay.

Loved the stay here. We came in the middle of winter and the heater was fantastic. The free breakfast was a perfect start to the day. Speaking of free, parking was also free. Right next to one of the biggest malls I have ever been to. The rooms were quiet and clean. Front desk staff was friendly.

Pros: needed a stay in Woodbridge on a short notice. Property is conveniently located. Bed was comfortable, no noises or smells. Cons: carpet is old, gum stains and what not, needs to be replaced. Parking lot: there was at least one person spending the night in their car - was just sitting there with their eyes open, in the same spot, when I checked in, went out, came back, checked out. Creepy.

Property is clean enough. Staff was not friendly or helpful. The hallway smelled like marijuana for 2 days of my stay and loud, loud neighbors above me. Plus I was at the end of the first floor. I was continually hearing people banging, yelling, swearing in the stairwell. Staff was not helpful: will not stay there again if at all possible.
