I found it a bit disconcerting that staff came into my room before checkout even though I had the “do not disturb” sign on my door. It was not easily evident where The dog area was as I had a room in the back away from it. The floor in my room was a bit sticky and when I wiped it a bit with a towel, the towel was very dirty. The glass on the framed art prints on the wall are full of dried liquid spots. The room itself was very comfortable, just not very clean.

The property was average. The room was clean but desperately needed an upgrade. The front of the property looked as if some upgrades have been done the the back (where our room was located) needed work. We also think that the back of the property is where some guest may be living. We also would have like to be informed that there is a $100 holding fee that was not mention when booked. The property did offer a nice breakfast and coffee 24hrs, which was nice.

Because of waiting to move to our new home, we have needed to stay in local hotels. This has truly been the best for the dollar- quiet, friendly staff and very clean. Near to food, a bank shopping and Fox Hollow ans Crest Hollow country clubs

I will never ever go to this place ever. Me and my fiancé had a traumatic experience with a guy sneaking and opening up a window to peak inside. Refund was provided but only after 2 hours of call with Expedia and the hotel supervisor who was not even at the site. Staff telling me to email him to get this any sort of incentives back. Outrageous. If you do plan to stay at this hotel please make sure you check your windows.

I was here in December during a trip to The Paramount, and I was just there again for the same type of trip. It was a decent stay with a couple minor things that could be better. The room I had this time was definitely better than last time, but there is room for minor improvements. One thing I encountered in both stays here is the curtains need to be propped because the heater/ac unit is directly below the curtains, and when it is working the curtains catch the air and the curtains don’t stay straight, making it so the air doesn’t go in to the room directly and also makes the curtains blow in the wind. I found a way to prop the curtains so it’s not too big of a problem.
