The loo pedestal wasn't fixed so it wobbled when I sat on it, the towel rail came off when I hung a towel on it, and the TV didn't work. I managed to switch it on once but couldn't work out how to connect it to the WiFi. Instructions were unhelpful and in the end I couldn't get it to switch on despite trying new batteries in the remote control. Although saucepans and dinner plates were provided there were no bowls or small plates. Finally there was no washing up bowl and/or sink plug. It also wasn't a very comfy bed, and on both nights I was woken by shouting in the street outside in the early hours. All in all it wasn't a place Hotels.com should advertise. What is more, it was a perfectly good studio space that should have been available for long term letting.
