BEWARE OF FALSE ADVERTISING
On the Adobe website and the hotels.com website, the only photos of an 'ocean view 2 queen room' show a fireplace, an upholstered reading chair and a table with two chairs. So I reserved one. When we checked in, our room had none of those amenities. Yet I paid the same rate as someone who got a room with them. I talked to the front desk and they said they'd refund me $50 if I call hotels.com. Still, very disappointing.

I'll start out by saying a majority of the staff go above and beyond to make sure your stay is pleasant. Neither the TV nor the fireplace worked in our room. Our shower went from ice cold to scalding hot and back again, both mornings.

Love the view. This is our second time at this property. We will be back. The staff was awesome! We were able to work out getting our car to a beach with the help of the hotel staff so we could hike to it. Wonderful!!

Excellent accommodations on the rocky coast
Very pleasant stay. Excellent staff and service. We enjoyed our King suite with full kitchen. We were able to 'home cooked' meals. However, there is also a restaurant and bar on site. Would definitely stay here again.

The location is excellent, right at the coast, and just a short walk into town along the coastal path. The restaurant was really good, but not dog-friendly. The rooms accommodate dogs, but you need to get take-out if eating there. The room didn't have a great table for eating take-out, tho. Overall the room was good - comfortable bed, decent coffee maker, good frig. It would benefit from a handyperson service to fix the drapes falling off the holder, add some shelves in the bathroom (nowhere to put a dopp kit), and some hooks for dog towels, leash. The cleaning staff routinely forgot to give us coffee pods. Power went out for a couple hours (high winds) and the bar and office staff went out of their way to be helpful. All in all, given the ocean view and good food, we'd stay there again.

Very old and ran down. Chair had a huge pet stain on it. Not worth the money at all. Very disappointed. Also no mention of high pet fee on Expedia and then wa hit with it once we checked in, another $100 for two dogs!! Will not go back

Barking dod with little concern
I was at the end stages of a cold, so i went back to our room to get some rest while my wife spent more time with our daughter and two of our grandkids, who were staying in a different room. We were on the 2nd floor. Then a large dig began barking, over and over. I waited for about 20 minutes to see if the dog would stop. It didn’t. I called the front desk to ask of they would investigate. They said they would. The barking continued. After about another 15 minutes, I decided to get dressed and find where the barking came from. It was the room directly below us. Someone checked in with a 'service' dog, then left the dog in their room while they went out for the evening. This was not a true, trained service dog. My wife came back, and we couldn't take anymore of the constant barking, so we asked to be moved. No offer to help us move, no offer to adjust the cost due to this issue. The view was beautiful and the room was comfortable, but the barking dog and subsequent lack of concern for our troubles was not good.
