Excellent séjour
Trés jolie maison, au calme, près de Playa Blanca (voiture indispensable). Piscine très agréable. Nous avons apprécié séjourner dans cette maison pendant 15 jours. Rien à redire.

How about this title: A Fantastic Villa Experience
We had a wonderful stay at the villa in Lanzarote with our two children. The property was very clean and well-equipped, ensuring a comfortable experience for our family. The large, well-heated pool was fantastic, offering plenty of space for the kids to enjoy. The location was peaceful, allowing us to relax, and the views from the rooftop terrace were simply stunning. Overall, it was a great vacation spot with everything we needed. We highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a family-friendly getaway!

Wonderful spacious villa
We have just returned from a 10 day break at this wonderful villa. Steve is very good at communication, and provides valuable information such as directions from the airport and details of local amenities. The villa is very spacious both inside and out, and the large pool was especially great! The view from the roof terrace is amazing. We wanted somewhere comfortable and peaceful that we would want to spend much time in while away to be able to relax, and this ticked all the boxes. The area is very tranquil and quiet which was great. It is beneficial to hire a car as we did, as it is not too far to drive to places (ideally located for many areas) but a little far to walk. We would definitely recommend and certainly stay again should we return to Lanzarote.

There’s a volcano next door!
Just had a very relaxing week at this ideal villa. Lovely pool, great amenities. Make sure you hire a car as the local shops and restaurants are a healthy 20 min walk away - fine getting there, but a few sangrias to the wind might make the return a trek.

Fantastic!
Great from start to finish! Steve is great at communication and answering queries. Villa itself is even more impressive than the photos. We spent a lot of time at the villa to enjoy the pool and outdoor space. Will definitely return!

Beautiful holiday home in Playa Blanca
The four of us spent a wonderful week in this holiday home in April. The location is very good and also very quiet in the west of Playa Blanca. It is not far to the centre and the beaches by rental car. The house is very well situated for excursions all over the island in a rental car. The residential complex in which the house is located is very well maintained and the house is equipped with everything you need for your holiday. The pool is also very nice and the water in the pool has a very pleasant temperature. Communication with the landlord was smooth and always very prompt. We would definitely recommend the Lanzarote Villa and thank the landlord for the good communication and the detailed tips and recommendations.

Wonderful villa in ideal location
Stayed for a week at the end of March. Weather was interchangeable but still managed to get some sun! This is a wonderful villa in a quiet area of playa blanca. The views from the sun terrace are spectacular and everything was provided for our stay. The beds are really comfy, plenty of TV channels, good quality cutlery and utensils etc. A proper home from home feel. Would have loved to have made use of the bbq and outside eating space - but it was a little cold and windy! Definitely need a car to get anywhere, but this allowed us to escape the busy areas and properly relax.

Beautiful holiday home in the south of Lanzarote
We felt comfortable in the house. Although located in a holiday settlement, it was surprisingly quiet around us. Highlights were certainly the always warm and large pool and the view of Fuerteventura from the roof terrace.

We enjoyed our stay immensely
The villa exceeded all our expectations. The furnishings were well cared for, the inventory was neat and complete, the villa was clean, the double bed was small but comfortable. The pool was fantastic and the pool was also well maintained. It is also nice that the villa has a good alarm. That gives you a safe feeling when you are away from home, although we never had the feeling that the area was unsafe. The biggest surprise for us, after almost 40 years of holiday accommodation on Lanzarote, was the tranquility of the Aliosis residence. In short, everything is great! Don't we have any tips? Yes, certainly, but these are details that would make the stay even more superior. Tips that we as owners would appreciate. So don't read this as a negative, because we would reserve this villa again in its current status. Tips: - The garden deserves slightly better maintenance; - The pool edge is discolored due to burnt-on sunscreen. We would have this edge tiled (friends of ours also had this done); - An outdoor shower would be an asset, also in connection with above; - The bedrooms are very warm. The sun burns on that side all afternoon. Ceiling fans would be very welcome; - The alarm also has cameras. That is wonderful, but the idea that cameras are pointed at you during your stay is less pleasant. Tip: let guests know that the cameras are there for their own safety, but that they can be covered with a disc while they are present (do not forget to open the discs when you leave).

Bonita casa con una magnífica piscina
Nos dejaron entrar antes al llegar el avión muy temprano. Nos encantó la zona del exterior, el agua de la piscina se mantenía caliente al tener un protector. Aunque no tuvimos contacto con el propietario estaba todo muy bien explicado. Nos quedamos con ganas de usar la barbacoa.

Lanzarote villa review
Directions simple to follow. Villa clean and comfortably furnished. Location ideal if you have a car (for shopping) but also a short walk to the coastal path. All in all I would recommend this villa and give it a 5 star review.

Excellent stay!
This is a fantastic villa now with a new owner but that had previously been really well reviewed with the previous owner. We would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet private place to stay near Playa Blanca. Steve is a fantastic host and communication with him was really easy and straightforward. The garden and pool are lovely and the roof terrace is great. The villa itself is lovely and spacious and the outside kitchen and dining area were fantastic at night. The villa manager came during our stay to clean the pool. The pool is large and was heated for our stay. The villa is in a good position to drive to attractions in the south of the island and we particularly recommend a visit to Yaiza and El Golfo for food. Lots of takeaways nearby though as well.
