Efficiency, patient front desk service at lobby when check in. Room is big and large. Japanese style room. The hot spring at top floor is good. and enjoyable. The free breakfast is delicious. The staff is patient and happy to serve us. Very good and memory. Hope to stay again in Yonago.

悪くはないけど…

禁煙室で予約していたけど、喫煙室だった。 そのあと部屋を変えてもらえたが残念だった。 廊下が全体的に少し匂いがした… 値段相応でした。

食事の無料提供など、ぎりぎりのところで経営努力をしているのは伝わった。でも、大浴場は未修理のまま、室内設備もボロボロ、近いうちに廃業するのだろうと、思わざるを得ない。 致命的なのはスタッフのやる気のなさ。近辺に喫茶店はないかと尋ねたら「さあ、知りません」と他人事のような対応。表に出てみたら目の前がブックカフェだった。なんのこっちゃ。
