Excellent Experience

Excellent room, friendly and professional staff. Very comfortable bed (although the duvet wasn't very heavy). Excellent breakfast offering and nice bar. 100% would stay again in the same or other locations.

A birthday to remember for my mum

I had booked this for my mums 50th birthday and when I contacted the hotel they made a note of it and kindly put a card and a bar of chocolate in the room. My mum was so shocked and happy. That is the sweetest and I can’t thank you enough for making my mums birthday one to remember

Great hotel

Great location, spotlessly clean, well designed room, good breakfast, even made use of the maintenance team to remove a nail from my partners shoe. Parking a rip off but that isnt the hotel fault.

Enjoyed our stay, hotel was excellent with room comfortable and clean. Breakfast was also very good. Ideally located for train station and city centre. Would stay again if visiting York in future.

Nice hotel, hard beds!

Lovely hotel, great location near the train station. Room was clean and tidy but the bed was quite hard and you could feel springs, not the best but we were only there for a dew nights so didnt ask to move rooms. I wish we had as after 3 nights it gave me backache! Breakfast was fine, typical buffet but very busy at 9am
