The 110 m² holiday home is located on the upper floor of a house built in 1946, which was completely modernised in 2021. The holiday home is furnished in a modern and stylish way. Equipped with attractive bedrooms, a spacious bathroom and a cosy living, dining and kitchen area, the holiday home offers enough space for a family. The natural beach of Fliemstorf or Zierow can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. The cycle path along the Baltic Sea is right next to the property and invites you to explore the beautiful Mecklenburg countryside. The bright and modern bathroom with bathtub and shower is centrally located in the holiday home. The covered outdoor terrace directly adjoining the living and dining room offers a nice place in the fresh air where you can have lunch or enjoy the peace and quiet. Two bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed and they share the adjoining dressing room. Another bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed. The bedrooms are equipped with blackout blinds and insect screens. The outdoor area of the holiday home is fully enclosed. In addition, there is a parking space directly in front of the house.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung
Wir haben uns zum runden Geburtstag für eine Woche an der schönen Ostsee eingemietet - bislang war uns die Gegend unbekannt. Wir waren alle begeistert und mit unserer Wohnung sehr zufrieden. Da wir auch ein paar Mal gemeinsam gekocht haben, vermissten wir ein bis zwei scharfe Messer mehr und evtl. eine Auflaufform. Sonst war alles total super, auch eine Ersthilfe an Gewürzen, leckere Landeier und sehr symphatische Überbringerin. Gut wäre auch eine Warnung vor vilen Stechmücken, damit man vorsorgen kann. Die angebrachten Gitter waren aber schon sehr hilfreich. Alles in Allem - wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder! :))

Toller Kurzurlaub
Wir haben einen sehr schönen Kurzurlaub hier verbracht. Alles ist neu und sauber, gut ausgestattete Küche. In fußläufiger Entfernung befindet sich ein kleines Café, in dem man morgens auch Brötchen kaufen kann. Auf dem Weg nach Wismar in wenigen Kilometer Entfernung befindet sich ein großes Einkaufszentrum. Dort bekommt man alles, was das Herz begehrt. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
