Gutes sehr sauberes Hotel

Eigentlich alles bestens. Nur der Shuttleservice genügt gar nicht. 24-Std-Service, erste Fahrt erst 6.30. Musste Taxi nehmen, damit ich 5.00 rechtzeitig am Flughafen war!

Hotel dichtbij vliegveld van Zürich met shuttleservice.

Kleinschalig hotel.Uitstekende service. Kleine maar schone kamer. Wel erg warm op kamer. Prima bedden maar dunne kussens. Goed ontbijtbuffet. Ligging 800 meter van tramstation, prima om de stad te bereiken.

nous avons été très bien accueilli, nous avons un grand parking gratuit à dispo, l'idéal pour y passer une nuit avant de s'envoler vers une destination lointaine, nous avons été chanceux car il a neigé et les routes étaient bien dégagées. La chambre dispose de tout le confort, un peu petite, nous arrivions à peine à nous croiser dans le couloir. Sinon, le resto de l'hôtel était très bien, prix un peu élevé mais bonne nourriture. Pour nos prochain départ de Zurich, nous y retournerions sans hésiter.

Outstanding Customer Service

This hotel made an outstanding base for our weekend trip to Zurich. The shuttle bus to and from the airport worked really well and the hotel is a short walk from both tram and train stations into the City. The room we had was quite small, but very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. What really made this a 'stand out' trip was the staff. The service we received was second to none - help was offered rather than having to be asked for and all the staff were unfailingly friendly yet professional. I would certainly use the hotel again and would recommend it.
