"We are wheelchair users and unfortunately the lift was out of order at our arrival. However, the manager did everything to make us feel valued and seen. We were given a non-accessible room to wait in until we were able to move to an accessible room on the ground floor. Thank you very much for making it possible! With our German blue badge we were able to park around the corner in the residents parking bays for free (see „parking blue badge Islington“ to make sure these rules still apply)"
