"Die Lage des Hotels ist einmalig und wirklich wunderschön. Direkt an den Vulkanfelsen mit eigenem Zugang. Die Poolbar ist auch sehr schön mit wundervollem Blick auf das Meer. Das Hotel ist sehr schön, allerdings schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Dies tut dem Flair aber nichts. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, allerdings beim Frühstück schon mal überfordert. Ich hab noch nie ein so großes Buffet mit sowenig Auswahl gesehen. Tassen scheinen auch eine Rarität zu sein, weil nicht sehr oft nachgeräumt. Das Angebot ist zwar etwas dürftig, dafür sind die Sachen sehr gut und frisch (außer die Säfte). Nach Aci Castello geht man ca. 25 Minuten zu Fuß, lohnt sich aber. "

"We had a de luxe room on the 4th floor and the view to the sea was great,the bathroom has a whirlpool bath and a rain shower, the bed was a kingsize bed. We had breakfast included with deliciious cakes and pastries, egg, salad, ham, scrambled eggs, fruits, .... The staff at reception were very nice and helpful. Above the street there is a plateau with sunbeds and parasols from which you can step into the sea, for guests this costs 15 euros per day, 1 towel per person included. We stayed for 6 nights and really enjoyed the stay. We asked for a transfer from and to the airport, everything went well. A bus stop to Catania is about 5 minutes away. "
