"Mein Lieblingshotel in Pisa! Sehr freundlicher und effizienter Service. Und die Dachterrasse ist einfach der Hit!
Man ist wirklich Gast, nicht nur eine Zimmernummer mit Kreditkarte.
Schade dass die Restaurants und Bars der direkten Umgebung so touristisch geworden sind. Man sollte weiter in die Altstadt gehen, wenn man regional und gut essen will.

"Die Lage war für uns ausschlaggebend, direkt gegenüber des Hauptbahnhofs. Mit nh kann man eigentlich nichts falsch machen. In unserem Zimmer liess sich die Gardine nicht schliessen, weil sie an einem Ende abgerissen war. Die Amenities waren sehr knapp: Der Seifenspender war quasi leer und wurde mit Wasser aufgefüllt, man bekam genau eine Rolle Toilettenpapier der dünnsten Sorte und es fehlte ein Handtuch. Man kann/soll über ein online Portal derlei Dinge kommunizieren, was eigentlich eine gute Idee ist. Antwort bekamen wir jedoch keine. Schade, denn ansonsten war es ein guter Aufenthalt."
