Hotel Jardín Tecina

inkompetente Rezeption, zu dicht bebaut
"Der Check in war schrecklich: Unser Zimmer sollte #111 sein. Dafür gabs auch den elektronischen zimmerschlüssel. Auf der Karte des hotelgeländes wurde an der Rezeption aber 101 eingetragen! Als wir dort nach vielen Metern ankamen stellte sich heraus, daß die Rezeption uns auf der Gelände karte das falsche Zimmer eingetragen hatte. Wir sind dann allerdings weiter zu #111 gelaufen und dort hat der zimmersclüssel funktioniert. D.h. die Rezeption weiss nicht bescheid. Noch unverschämter war dann allerdings der Anruf im Zimmer, wir hätten nachdem das mit #101 nicht funktioniert hat wieder zurück laufen sollen. Wer ist hier der Gast und wer schickt die Gäste im Gelände herum. Keine 4sterne!
