This is a beautiful brand new 450sq ft junior 1bdrm suite. Private entry and fully self contained this suite is bright and airy and includes a semi-private bedroom with sliding separation, includes a kitchen complete with induction cooktop, large countertop oven and includes a private laundry facility, as well as private parking for one small vehicle as well (civic/corolla size max) - See photo for confirmation. Sweeping valley views and private patio with bbq use available as well!

Note: This is a spacious FULLY SELF CONTAINED suite, with no part of it shared. However this unit is located in an executive home with a family living upstairs. Please keep this in mind prior to booking!

I cannot tell you all enough how wonderful and accommodating the hosts are. I was travelling to be with my brother going through cancer treatment and to have such a beautiful and serene place to stay was just what I needed. I give these hosts 6 stars if I could!

I stayed for two weeks for a business trip. Location was central to everything but quiet neighborhood. Private entrance and sweet. Nice and clean. Had all the amenities that I could need to cook meals and feel completely at home. Highly recommend host. :)

Best Basement Studio Apartment Ever!
Excellent and helpful host, nicely heated, excellent overhead shower with hot water. Bed firm enough for my preferences. Fridge, induction stove top, nice toaster oven - too small for a Thanksgiving Turkey, so I would not advise hosting the family here. No cable TV, all stream based with excellent WiFi. Other than that, perfect!
