Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
A fairly tired property with a long list of things that just aren’t quite right: curtains that don’t shut, not very comfortable bed, rundown furniture, tired decor. Just a bit shabby throughout. However, I will say that it serves its purpose. A well located very central hotel. I would choose to stay here again, I would just have a better anticipation of what it was I was getting.
The hotel was in a.great location. Our evening meal in the hotel was superb. The hotel is a little careworn and the room was really warm. We would stay again.

Nice big bedroom with a view over Union Terrace Gardens. Very good breakfast. Nice staff
Great location near train station approx 6-10min walk depending on your mobility. We booked a twin room which was comfortable and had everything we needed for our one night stay. No doubt the room could do with some maintenance and a refresh. The doors loudly squeaked which wasnt great if going to the loo during the night. The bathroom door didnt have a working lock and whilst you could adjust the heat in the bedroom you couldn't turn down the heat in the bathroom and with such a small room it made it very hot at night. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bar well stocked and the hotel was literally 3/4mins from Union street and the main bars, shops and restaurants available. Great 1 night break away and would do again. Would be happy to stay in same hotel for short stays.
Very shabby poor rooms, below par. Cracked walls drafty windows rattling breeze coming in. Dirty. One tea bag for two guests for two nights not refilled, stained pillows thin not comfortable at all, stained carpet with leaking radiator which also didn’t work. Avoid at all costs
Stayed for work night out it had a decent size bathroom but shower was small bed was uncomfortable and the room was noisy but this was due to the time of year. The reception staff were over ran as it took nearly 40minutes to get checked in
