This chalet, located just a few kilometers from the medieval village of Cutigliano (900 m above sea level), is situated in the heart of the Pistoia Apennines, in the Sestaione Valley, between the beautiful forests of chestnut and tall beech trees. It is a typical mountain hut made entirely of wood, ideal for those seeking peace and tranquility. The complex consists of 12 tastefully furnished units with independent entrances, spacious terraces, and a large shared garden of 4000 m², perfect for relaxing in the shade of the chestnut trees, having a barbecue, or enjoying the panoramic view of the Tusco-Emilian Apennines. Guests have access to a common area with Wi-Fi, TV, ping-pong, table football, and games. In the summer, the panoramic pool (12x6 m) invites relaxation, with sunbeds and umbrellas offering a magnificent view.

The location is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts: trekking, guided excursions, paragliding, fishing, quad biking, and rafting. Nearby are the Pelliccia Equestrian Center, Canyon Park, and the Gravity Parks Abetone and Doganaccia 2000, which are perfect for mountain biking, where you can book sessions with downhill instructors. In the fall, chestnut picking is a perfect family activity, while local products such as cheeses, honey, mushrooms, and chestnuts offer a taste of traditional country life.

Doganaccia, with 15 km of ski slopes and snow, a lit track for snow tubing, and areas for sledding and snowshoeing, becomes a winter paradise. Abetone, with 50 km of slopes served by 21 ski lifts, offers a spectacular view from Monte Gomito (1890 m), from which, on clear days, you can even see the Alps and Corsica. There are snowshoe trails available, such as Abetone-Monte Maiori (2h 30m, moderate difficulty) and Orto Botanico-Lago Nero (5h, moderate difficulty).

In spring, the awakening of nature invites you to explore blooming landscapes and visit the Abetone Forest Botanical Garden, which hosts more than 300 plant species on 1.4 hectares. Walking through the streets of Cutigliano, one of Italy's most beautiful villages, allows you to discover picturesque corners between stone houses and flower-filled balconies. The village is lively year-round with gastronomic, cultural, and sporting events.

Close by are the Gavinana Astronomical Observatory, equipped with advanced instruments and open by reservation, and the San Marcello Pistoiese Suspension Bridge, which is 227 meters long and included in the Guinness World Records, offering a unique experience between history and nature.

The nearby town of Pistoia (36 km), cultural capital of Italy in 2017, is easily accessible, as are the Pistoia Apennines, perfect for hiking or biking. The beach at Viareggio, 83 km away, is ideal for relaxing on a sunny day. Public transportation is available just 5 km away, and Florence Airport is 72 km away.
