Esta mucho mas caro que otros hoteles de mayor renombre, no hay suficiente personal, la puerta del baño no cerraba, no contestan el telefono en recepción, me tardaron 30 minutos para prepararme un coctail, no hay servicio al cuarto, en la playa no me permitieron poner dos sombras juntas y mi familia tuvo que estar separada (no pude entender este tema). Faltan bastantes cosas y para anunciarse como 5 estrellas realmente no está al nivel.
