The facilities are ok, but i see two problems, one its the elevators don't work and we are in the 10th floor, we have been waiting for couples hours so far, and 2nd, the hotel Kristal that its next door, all their drainage water comes out straight to the beach and the ocean, its absolutely disgusting The Ritz needs a serious upgrade, it looks old and cheap decoration. The staff are fantastic, food its good and the beach clean and well kept.

Un lugar increiblemente limpio y el staff muy amable....la comida deliciosa y todo estuvo de 10... Ojala inviertan en una buena escenografia para el show de las 9 30 pm por que los shows muy entretenidos pero seria genial que decoren el salon donde lo hacen Regresare sin duda a hospedarme en este hotel donde el Todo incluido sin duda vale la pena

Mi primera vez en el hotel Ritz y quede encantado...todo estuvo perfecto pero sin duda alguna la Limpieza y la amabilidad de el staff fue lo mas Sobresaliente de todo....La comida muy rica y muy variada el Bar repleto de bebidas la alberca deliciosa el agua todo todo estuvo de 10 Lo unico que mejoraria seria poner una buena escenografia para el show de las 9 30 en el salon.....por que los bailarines muy increibles

The property had leaking issues ā€” water from the ceiling and toilets. The WiFi would go out a lot which was a huge issue for me as I work remote. It only worked very well by the pool area. Food was good. Staff was exceptional.
