NOT a Hotel. Apartments that rent out empty rooms as hotel rooms. Check in was very tedious, did NOT have the room I reserved. Had to split up our party of 3 on two separate floors and we did not have access to each other unless we went to the lobby 1st. Even tho a free hotel shuttle was advertised, the ‘manager’ says it did not say that. It did. Then the taxi driver we ordered tried to extort us beyond what was agreed upon after he took us to the airport arrival , not departure area😖 The room was nice and clean. But the toilet ran constantly and there was a leak in the ceiling of the shower that dripped all night. Neither of the lights on the nightstands worked… one with out a plug completely and the other with one prong missing from the plug. Restaurant was nice. In a different building and on the open air rooftop. No indoor seating …. Wouldn’t stay there again.

No Airport Pickups - Great for Short Stay
This was my second time staying at the Signature; great for short business trips. Not sure why they charge Platinum members for early check-in fees. Also, there is no airport pickup service. Apart from these two minor potential fixes, I’d recommend the place. Solomon was outstanding; he was responsive, very helpful, professional and super cool.

I made a booking for my mother to stay at the Signature Apartments Accra in Ghana through the Expedia platform. On arrival at the premises of Signature Apartments Accra, the receptionist claimed that there is an emergency power outage so my mother cannot use the room. They offered an accommodation in a property located away from the Signature Apartments premises. My mother and I suspected this is a scheme by the service provider to deceptively use the Signature Apartments brand (including multiple pictures of Signature Apartments building displayed on the booking platform) to deceive unsuspecting clients. When my mother refused their pathetic offer to stay at a different location, the receptionist refused to refund the money paid and left my mother stranded. We are still waiting for a refund and will do everything to get the money back. Stay away from booking with this service provider.

I spent over a week at the Signature. It's very clean and the staff are excellent, friendly and helpful. Its central location made traveling easier. I love the Enigma Sky Lounge on the 11th floor. The food and music were excellent. One thing that’s needs improvement is the checking in process. I had to wait for a long time to be checked in.

I didn’t get to stay in the signature Haven. On the day of arrival, I was notified that I would move to Lennox and then to the Gallery apartment. I feel a customer should get what he requested or be informed of any changes days before arrival.
