Food was very nice and staff were all very friendly and helpful, the evening entertainment was also very good. The rooms and parts of the Hotel were quite tired although was advised that the Hotel is being refurbished in April. Rooms didn't have tea/coffee facilities which I thought they did.

Reasonably nice but could be better

Pros: Staff and cleanliness.
Cons: Common parts need a facelift.
Location: Good. Near lots of attractions like water parks and Porto Colon for boat trip etc. Went Whale watching.
This hotel is ok and reasonable value but the rooms and corridor of accomodation areas are tired and in places scruffy. The food is pretty typical of such places. One restaurant with a large buffet selection. Good variety but one inevitably tires of the house style within 3-4 days. The staff are nice and bar service was good and quick. The entertainment was variable - there were some very good acts - an acrobatic act was excellent whereas a Blues Brothesr act was awful and one had to dodge the tumbleweeds blowing through the room - metaphorically. The pools were cold but it was April and the weather was not hot enough to heat them on some of the cloudier days. There were lots of beds and we always found some without a struggle. The vast majority of the guests were English so expect to fit in unless you have tattoos. It is busy and crowded in restaurant and bar. The sea is a 10 mins stroll and local beaches and restaurants are easily accessible. Lots of boat trips and shopping near by. Some gluten free food was available - one of my kids has to avoid gluten for medical reasons.

Great Hotel and Staff

Pros: The area round the pool was very big and there were plenty of sunbeds for everyone. There was even an adult only sun terrace
Cons: I can't think of anything
Location: The Las Dalias is very central to everything - opposite the San Eugenio shopping centre, bars,a short walk to the Marina, Siam Water Park and beach.
Having previously stayed at other Iberostar hotels we decided to try the all-inclusive Las Dalias and we weren't sorry. The hotel's staff were absolutely wonderful from reception to restaurant to entertainment. Always smiling and ready to help with any problems. We were given a room (which I had requested before arrival) and enjoyed a welcome gift of fruit, wine and chocolates overlooking the pool. The food was very good and a big variety of dishes at every sitting. The evening entertainment was actually very good and the performers gave it their all.

Great hotel but on a hill

Pros: We had a great time at this hotel entertainment was great food was good with theme nights room was ok and i found the beds to be very comfortable
Cons: where the no smoking tables are this needs to be enforced as one day a member of staff actually gave a person an ashtray and more parasols are needed
Location: not too far from the sea & beach waterparks are nearby & buses are very good for getting out & seeing the island
We had a fairly quick check in room had plenty of storage hangers etc in room fridge with a decent balcony' All the staff were very helpful If you just wanted water soft drink or beer you could help yourself which was a good idea On the whole i thought the hotel had a very nice atmosphere i wouldn't recommend for stag or hen parties as it would probably be too quiet seems more family/couples orientated
