Great location, close to Rundell St mall and lots of restaurants, bars and nearby transport. The room was very clean and bad a very comfortable bed and pillows. Not very spacious but it was ok for 2 nights.

I was unaware that I needed a physical credit card to pay for my room and leave a deposit for mini bar etc. this made it very difficult to check in as I only have credit cards in my phone wallet and and no longer carry physcial ones with me.As htis resulted in some difficulty at checkin, the satff were not particularly friendly or helpful.

We loved the Pullman. A last minute change of hotel had us stay here for the weekend. The staff were approachable, helpful, friendly and very welcoming. The facilities are pretty impressive. The gym is fully equipped, the pool is spacious and the spa is beautiful. Everything you could want is well within walking distance from the hotel. No need for transport as everything is right at your doorstep. There’s so many dining options righty around the corner, as well as supermarkets for those little bits and pieces for your room. I’ll definitely be going back.

Such a positive experience during a hectic time.Check in staff very helpful and efficient. The hot tub was a luxurious relief after a long day and room service dinner delicious. Centrally located and a short walk to shops, restaurants and tram.
