The area and staff are excellent, the room we were in had a terrible smell, when you opened the window to get rid of the smell the air conditioner didn’t work. Should not allow customers to stay in this room until they can get rid of the smell. The treadmill in the gym was also broken.

The staff were terrible, got ripped off with my breakfast when the guy at reception said breakfast was €5.50 and when I checked out I was charged €16. The drain in the shower smelt disgusting, the air conditioning in the room didn’t work and towels was not changed after 5 days or room not serviced.

This hotel is great first of all the staff are excellent they let my family park for frre while we went out for dinner. Gave me advice on transport and restaurants. The room was lovely clean and the bed very comfortable. 6 minutes walk to railway station and about 10 from the centre of Aix. I am 80 and felt safe. The price is good too. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very comfortable-pity about the kitchen.
Very pleasant, fabulously comfortable bed and pillows, but if you are serious about cooking, find another aparthotel…no cooking utensils, saucepans without lids and nothing to clean the pots and plates (I enquired-they expect room service to do it, which is not very practical, nor very nice in my view).

Understated grandeur and charm
Unexpectedly beautiful and grand, we loved the high ceilings and wooden beams, and the spacious suite which was very comfortable. What was particularly useful for me was the ability to control the air conditioning to only slightly cool at a low sound level. Service was efficient and polite. The hotel is a bit to the side of the old centre, but as such is very tranquil. Will definitely stay again.

Aix City Center Property
Rather sterile newish hotel just outside city center, less than 10 minutes on foot from downtown Aix. Gym limited, rooms okay but with no character. Cleanliness above average. Cost feels high for what you get. Physical hotel design is quite odd, making stair use a pain. The immediate neighborhood has nothing but apartments.

Di nuova costruzione a poca distanza dal centro
Ho soggiornato 3 notti in giugno 2024, l’edificio si trova nella zona universitaria a 900mt dal centro raggiungibile con una passeggiata di 10’ . Camera non molto grande ma comoda e funzionale, ha angolo cucina attrezzato e bollitore acqua per caffè/the. Personale alla reception molto cortese, a cui ho dovuto chiedere asciugamani, gel doccia e bustine caffè prontamente consegnati. Unico neo il personale addetto alle pulizie, davvero pessimo, non cambia le asciugamani nemmeno se le lasci a terra, non fa il refill del sapone e non svuota nemmeno bene i cestini. Se cambiano il personale addetto alle pulizie diventa ottimo
