The comfort suites Twinsburg is my go to when I’m in the area. We have stayed about 4-5 times in the last year to visit friends in the area. The beds are comfy, the suites are decently cleaned, you can tell some areas are a little more worn than other areas. But what brings us back are the staff there. They are always friendly and personable.

The worse place to stay
This a few drop in place, I would never recommend this place to no one, now the only thing that was great was the breakfast and the lady that oversaw the breakfast was amazing, I truly appreciate her. From the reception to the rooms was very very trifling, even the pools were unclean, and the water was very very cold, come on pool man put a little hot water in there are kids that love pools and that's why most people look for for there children, but as for me I will never go there again

The king size bed was horrible! It was so soft and dented in the middle - my husband and I kept rolling into each other as we slept. Breakfast was blah. Nice - staff was nice, free parking, close to Cleveland Clinic Twinsburg (not in walking distance)

Carpet could use upgrading, mold in bathroom embedded in tiles, floor tiles lifting in bathroom from what appears a water leak under tub, loose tiles in bathroom potential for safety concerns, drains in bathroom not working properly. Showered in a foot of water that didn’t drain for well over an hour. Overall facility appears to be run down with no approach to remodel. For money spent I felt cheated in my stay!

We booked a certain room and when we arrived we did not receive that. We were told that it was not on them but Expedia because they were advertising something that was not available. I made a reservation a week prior but had family come in the same day to get a room and was able to get the room I booked. Very unprofessional. Was told you can get your money back but you need to leave. When arriving the door in the back of the building had a sign that said needs room key at all times to access but was able to just open the door and walk in without anything. Not a place I would recommend to anyone.

Just a regular typical stay at a hotel. Not super clean room but you get what you pay for. The hotel is super close to restaurants, shopping, and the Twinsburg Cleveland clinic.

The property seemed nice, but the front desk was only manned sometimes, slow both at check-in and during our stay when needed and sometimes hard to understand. Our room was not fully swept prior to our arrival near the bed and window areas. There was also trash left on one of the nightstands. Our bathroom door didn’t fully shut. The ice machine on our floor had no ice. Loved the A/C unit, having a fridge and microwave, beds were nice, the pool looked clean, the breakfast was great, parking was easy, and there are a lot of places to eat nearby.

Mold, holes in the wall, door was broken, and terrible smell. The room was not cleaned. Marks on the walls. Sheets didn’t fit the bed. To name a few things Picture of one of the holes attached.

So if you HAVE to stay here, dont expect much. Rooms feature crooked framed prints, peeling wallpaper and stained bathroom amenities. Did we die? No. So for 1 night, we dealt with it. We were also exhausted so we went right to sleep. Would i stay again in a pinch? Probably not.
