The tv controls were terrible, worst we’ve ever encountered. Shut off during the middle of programs & you couldn’t get back on. Also the phone wasn’t connected to the actual base, the connection was broke, if it had been cleaned they would’ve noticed it.

Facility was in a quiet area. Breakfast buffet was always good. One day we requested the shower to be fixed & it was taken care of fast & efficiently. Rooms are very nice. Overall very good.

Everything was great. I did have to ask for sheets several times and when I did get the sheets they were the wrong size. Other than that…it was a great stay! The room was nice. I would stay again!

This was my second and last time going to this hotel. It is pet friendly, the sheet smelled like wet dogs. There were dogs barking and it was just noisy at night. I asked the staff to change the sheets they did not. Even after I left the property for the day. The outside workers were literally outside my window (4th floor) at like 6:30/7:00pm. There were several cats outside of the building as well, just relaxing there. Overall I did not like my stay will not return.
