Great stay!
We arrived early for check-in and they were able to get us a room. The room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable pillows could be a little firmer. The people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.

We liked the service performed by the "Breakfast Staff"; they cooked the waffles for the guests, and they were efficiently to replenish the foods and utensils as they were needed. One negative thing regards the apparent lack of exhaust fan / ducting for the bathroom. Another negative thing was the "high velocity" of the AC fan. We could not find a way to reduce the AC fan speed.

The hotel is fine. They need more front desk workers. I requested towels that the one worker had to bring to me hours later because he was too busy. I requested housekeeping that never came. Otherwise, the room was nice.

The room is beautiful. I stayed in a double queen suite on the 3rd floor. Having a refrigerator, microwave and hot beverage maker was great. Note: No closet or irong amenities. I travel for business and being able to touchup my clothing is important to me. I did have wrinkle free garment spray which saved the day. Overall, my stay was very nice. I would highly recommend this facility.
