Overall, we had a marvelous stay at this relatively new hotel, a stone’s throw from it bigger sister property. The staff was extremely responsive, likable and gracious. The suite is particularly impressive for the price and includes a maid’s room, while the standard room at 19 sq meters is too small, although well-priced. The only complaint we had was the frequent smell of shisha that entered the room ghrough the AC. Buffet breakfast was very good although somewhat over priced. Great stay.

The rooms are small and basic, but it's safe. Access to residence towers through a key card in the parking lot. And there's reasonable privacy. It was certainly comfortable enough, it was just very tight.

It was nice stay. Good room and good service. Breakfast was good . Staff were friendly and helpful. I found the reception staff very nice and professionals. I come to this hotel frequently and Dalal at the reception is great representative for Saudi Nationals. Thanks Dalal for your good work.

Sadly the apartment was not clean..there were stains on the walls and on the furniture. the bathroom really smelled like a public restroom :( the apartment was well equipped and good sized. the bathrooms and rooms were tiny.

Overall we have enjoyed our time and swimming and receptionists were nice and kind. But only few observations: water heater was not working, one bathroom bidet was not properly working and room window was not clean from outside
