Liebe Gäste;Als Hotelleitung bedauern wir zutiefst, dass Sie mit der Unterkunft im Club Sun Heaven Family Hotel nicht zufrieden waren.Außerdem möchten wir einige Momente klären.Unser Hotel ist international und heißt Gäste aus verschiedenen Ländern willkommen. Wir möchten Sie darüber informieren, dass ein größerer Prozentsatz der Gäste unseres Hotels Gäste aus Ländern der Europäischen Union sind und nur etwa 17% unserer Gäste aus Russland stammen. In unserem Hotel spricht und versteht das Personal einige Fremdsprachen. Natürlich gibt es in jeder Sprache unterschiedliche Niveaus.Viele Gäste sind sehr zufrieden und glücklich mit der Fülle und dem Geschmack des Essens. Aufgrund unserer internationalen Gäste ist es sehr schwierig, täglich eine Auswahl und Vielfalt an Speisen zu finden, die für jeden Geschmack geeignet sind, aber mit Stolz können wir sagen, dass unser Buffet für zwei Wochen aufgebaut ist. Unser Küchenteam bereitet alle Mahlzeiten täglich frisch und sauber zu und kombiniert europäische und türkische Küche. Unser Einkaufsleiter kauft nur frische und qualitativ hochwertige Produkte ein.Wenn die Gäste mit einem Reiseveranstalter einen Vertrag über eine Reise abschließen, ist es ihre eigene Verpflichtung, sich über die enthaltenen oder nicht enthaltenen Leistungen zu informieren. Auf der Website aller unserer Partnerreiseveranstalter muss genau angegeben werden, dass das WLAN gegen Aufpreis verfügbar ist.
