We stayed one night the reason we booked this hotel is because it had a pool when we tried to use it the filters were not working and it seemed like it was not cleaned in a very long time if the pool was out of service then you should have put a notice on your website before booking or at the very least a sign on the pool door so no one would use it as I did see people in the pool the room was very small for two bed and the washroom you can barely move and I asked for extra towels which I never received and the bed sheets were dirty

I was visiting my daughter at Union College. This location is so convenient. I could walk to the school if I wanted. And I walked to Jay street to check out the shops and restaurants. Everything was clean, and the customer service was always on point. Very friendly and helpful. The service in the restaurant was particularly awesome. The staff goes out of their way to make guests feel taken care of. Well done!

One of the reasons we chose this hotel was the complimentary breakfast that was advertised, but Hotels.com concealed the fact that their booking did not include the breakfast.

They told me they had it for the day before the lady at the counter was rude saying it’s not her fault that the booking was incorrect. They had to rebook my room use my credit card to hold and I am currently waiting for a manager to contact me in regards to a refund because I had already booked through you with a confirmation number.
