Nice hotel, convenient location.

Very reasonably priced, directly off interstate. Hotel undergoing some renovation but there were signs explaining that. Very quiet, friendly staff and good breakfast.

We rented 2 rooms for a 4 days because our son was writing a medical.exam at a specialized test center about nearby. I have stayed at many Hampton Inn's for work over the years and this was by far the worst experience to date. In fact, I have never felt compelled to write a review until now. I should have when we arrived realized when we arrived on Sunday night to find the hotel under renovations that there were going to be issues. I am not sure why there was no mention of this when I booked the hotel but I NEVER would have atayed here had I known. The place was not dirty, it was filthy. We did not receive maid service our entire stay even after being told that they service the rooms every second day. We went down to the lobby on the third day to request some fresh towels at 4:30 in the afternoon. I absolutely needed internet access for work but the internet barely worked. After a few attempts getting the front desk to fix the issue, they put me directly in touch with their service provider and we were finallly able to get me connected almost 4 hours after I first complained about the issue. Thank god that I was able to connect to the Marriot hotel's wifi that was located next door because I had to submit documents for work earlier in the morning!! The advertised gym was also under construction which staff were happy to.let me know would be operational on my next visit. Thanks for letting me know. How about telling people that before they book. We caecked out a day early!!!

They are making major upgrades to the hotel, so some areas were blocked off. Workers were working diligently during the day. Snow removal in the parking could have been a bit better, but still wasn’t awful. Overall a nice, clean, comfortable place to say.

There was construction in the lobby which really was gross and unsafe. The dust made it hard to breathe. The construction was not mentioned on the website and was a major inconvenience. The first room they gave me was disgusting! It smelt like the people before me had microwaved fish and then it had this potent smell of bleach to cover up the fishy smell. We did complain and the lovely people at the front desk changed our room immediately. It wasn’t their fault!

Older hotel currently brining renovated. Staff were great, king bed was comfortable, room was clean, Bathtub could use updating, one of the elevators was out of order for a few hours. Breakfast was normal for continental options.

The room was all right, but the rest of the hotel is undergoing an extensive renovation. It meant that only one elevator worked requiring a wait time of about eight minutes to get downstairs to the dreadful little breakfast. Surprisingly, the stairway next to the elevator was also blocked off.
