Limited Airport Shuttle
Listing includes airport shuttle; doesn't state it's limited hours. Front desk personnel told me I should have checked with the property and handed me a card for taxi service. I never check with a property to verify amenities...at least haven't had to with hotels com.

Bathroom dirty
The stay was cool. I was there for my clinical. The bathroom was filthy, especially the shower. It had dirt and grime all around the side of the shower and the showerhead. i’m very shocked with this with this being the Hamptons and paying the money that I did pay I paid for three nights. I don’t think I’ll be booking with the Hamptons again.

The staff were great and helped me to check in without a problem. The property itself was clean and the breakfast in the lobby was great. The area around the property isn't really walkable, but is close to the airport, which is convenient. Would stay here again and recommend to others.

accomodate me for late check out by one hour instead of 11 am , asked for 12 noon , since I came very late prev night , they sent the cleaners and 10 40 am and told me NO very rudely at 8 am when I requested , Sad I was really liking the place till this happened , I may not go there again

This property was dated and way too expensive for a night for Hampton Inn and Suites. There was no housekeeping which is rather annoying and the property and rooms didn't feel clean at all.

Good stay, but late shuttle service
Very clean and well kept property, staff was helpful and made check-in easy, the room tv was a smart tv, and the hotel offered extra toiletries if you’d forgotten any. Our only issue was that the shuttle to the airport didn’t start running until 6am and we had to leave for the airport at 430.
