The refrigerator wasn’t defrosted. There were only 2 towels when I booked room for 2 adults.Hallways needed carpets cleaned. The restaurant hours were very limited. I had charges on my bill at checkout that I did not incur and am still waiting for a resolution.

I love the Hilton and I am so disappointed in my stay this time the staff was amazing but my room 621 smelled like a wet basement and there were some cobwebs in bathroom it just didn’t feel like the Hilton normally when I travel I look for Hilton hotel because I know we will have a clean comfortable room when I called front desk about my complaint girl was very polite but made no other accommodation other than offer us breakfast i spent over 200 for one night to sleep in what it felt like a gross basement I’m not to satisfied at all and feel as though things should be made right for my self and family

Nice friendly staff it seems like they're short staffed with housekeeping. There was a lot of plates and trash left out on the hallway in front of the rooms. Other than that the room was clean and comfortable.

Stayed here this last weekend for an overnight trip with my kids. The check in was quick and easy but we were not given any information. We asked about the hotel restaurant for dinner as we were in a rush to make a show time. We were told it “might be quick”. We sat in the bar area for over ten mins before we even saw anyone who worked there. Many other patrons were already waiting longer. None of the other worker for the front wanted to help figure out where the restaurant staff was. We then found our room and walked through a hallway of dirty dishes including full glasses of wine lining the halls. Our room was tidy but not clean. The beds were comfortable. The next morning the halls were still lined with the same dirty dishes. I attempted to take my kids swimming early as they were excited that the pool opened early , but when we got there the water was cold and the room was 68 degrees. Definitely tried but were shivering and cold within minutes. I asked the staff if this was the normal temp and they told me they would alert maintenance. We were told to try back soon , no apologies offered. An hour later the temp was the same and we checked out . The people working tried their best but clearly they are not trained in hospitality and were very very understaffed - which is not their fault .

The AC did not work even after calling the engineer to fix it so we slept with the windows open. The phone in our room wouldn’t work so we had to go downstairs to ask the front desk when we needed help. Shower did not drain properly

We had an accessible room that was dingy. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom and the hallway light was a single lightbulb with no shade. No matter what we did when we took showers water got everywhere. There were dirty dishes in the main hallway the entire time we were there (2 nights). We were there for a large conference and the organizers have said that they will never go back to that hotel. You would think that the name Hilton would mean more than we got. Very disappointed.

This hotel reminds me a lot of many hotels built around the same time frame, late 80s maybe early 90s - the property is huge, just tired and run down. The woman at the front desk when we arrived was the shining star of our experience. Got us a crazy early check in and free breakfast for my tired and hungry family. Apart from that if you’ve been to any small city hotel like this one you’ve been to them all. Fine for what it was; will only be returning again if necessary for work training as was this trip.

I paid extra for the bathtub rather than a standup shower, however the bathtub was completely full of hair including sticking out of the drain and all over the tub, clearly an indication that it hadn't been cleaned, and I didn't bring cleaning spray with me obviously, so I didn't take a bath, which I made sure to have because of my back injury after a long drive I wanted some sort of pain relief before I attented an event in Albany I drove up for from New Hampshire. Multiple lightbulbs weren't working so the room felt dark and raw, I couldn't see in the mirror to get ready for the event, trash was on the floor from previous guests, there wasn't any soap In the bathroom or trash bags in either trash bin.. I eventually talked to the front desk after returning from my event, and she apologized, told me that she has had similar experiences while traveling, and she gave me trash bags and soap. Unfortunately the trash bags did not fit the trash, they were the same size as the ice bucket bags. The TV remote control batteries were dying so it was tedious flipping through the channels. It was just not at all a cozy experience, it was dirty and dark and didn't come with the bathtub I needed for back relief, which had cost me extra to include

For the most part, it was clean but we did find a candy wrapper under the bed and what looked like a sauce on the wall. The water pressure in the shower was terrible. Everything else about the stay was awesome.
