Outstanding hotel. Room was spotless and well-maintained. Friendly and responsive staff. Competitive rates for what you get. Would definitely stay here again. Location is very close to the airport, perfect for folks who are flying through Albany but there is some air traffic noise.

Great value despite hardships.
The carpet was filthy. I was disabled after surgery and spent 4 days in the room barefoot. Each day when I showered the dirt that came from feet was like a mud cloud. I preferred a recliner in the room and should have specified before hand. We normally stay at Staybridge but had heard your TV selection was better but it wasn't. NO NY teams own channels was disappointing. We also requested rooms close to elevators or 1st floor, since I could hardly walk, and had to walk long hallways, so long I couldn't get to breakfast each day, it would have worn me out. The staff was A1 and helpful the whole stay, and that was a big plus.

When we got there one of the beds sheets were dirty, crumbs and dog hair. Then there was dog hair all over the carpeting. The staff were good about it and vacuumed and changed the bedding and gave us a discount.
