More patches in the walls than original wall material. Heater was non functional, only cold air. Hot water took a long time. Morning staff(especially breakfast attendant) were unfriendly/aggressive. Bathroom was not cleaned. Furniture is falling apart. Keys always de-magnetized. Not a good experience.

Check in was okay, place is gross. No pride of “ownership”. Would not recommend nor would we stay here ever again. Don’t expect much. Everything is gross and filthy.

Key card didn’t work 2x I had to get it fixed The pool was closed for repairs the whole time The breakfast was a little strange with needing a ticket to hand to a lady to get waffles??? I expected more than just basic staples since the webpage showed a big dining room with full spread breakfast bar the Fairfield Marriott in Albany at my last stay had a full spread and all you can eat no question ask .. I felt like a little kid handing a lunch lady a ticket it a bit strange ….

It’s weird they hide the breakfast with a patrician and only one guy can give you things like peanut butter and bread. Also, my room had a bug in it and the shower was on the entire time even when turned off.

The non smoking room was very hot and smelled so strongly of smoke that we couldn’t breathe. Furniture was all broken, mirror in bathroom broken. Everything filthy, paint stains on bedding, and ROACHES in the bathroom. at the front desk they had the nerve to act like they didn’t know they had bugs!!!! Now I have to fight to get my money back. Will not be using Expedia anymore.

The property was out dated , the paint was chipped , rooms was dirty . Things was left inside the drawers from the last guest that stayed , I got stuck in the elevator. There was a roach in the sink .I was not able to catch a pic of that because it crawled down the drain .even though it’s a non smoking property , when I open my rooms door I smelled smoke, also the second night I stayed there , the fire alarm went off on my floor !
