One of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The breakfast is top notch and they are very pet friendly. Wish I could stay longer! Will definitely come back if I’m in the Albany area. The service was not only excellent but I felt like whatever I needed would be treated with the upmost care!

Very bad experience I book 2 Rooms one for two adults and the other one for 4 adults and 1 child. At the time of booking it said a suit with two queen beds whereas at the time of check in we were given two king suits. Very embarrassing and comfortable situation.

Unfortunately we booked the room through a third party and the room type we booked was not available as advertised. The manager tried to put a good spin on it, but did not offer any compensation for the issue. The room, breakfast and cleaniness of the hotel was great. Overall, a good stay.

Stayed for 3 nights with my daughters. This hotel is in a bit of an odd location but if you like retail therapy, Colonie Center is literally across the street. This was my first time at a Staybridge and I will definitely be back. My daughters go to school in Troy so this will be my go-to from now on. The hotel was renovated in the past year and it shows. The rooms have a modern aesthetic that is still homely. The only drawback I would I say is that the bathroom is a bit small. Other than that, super pleased with our stay. Happy hour treats are a plus. We were at the Homewood Suites for 3 nights prior and I can honestly say this is the better property.
