Unfortunately we booked the room through a third party and the room type we booked was not available as advertised. The manager tried to put a good spin on it, but did not offer any compensation for the issue. The room, breakfast and cleaniness of the hotel was great. Overall, a good stay.

Stayed for 3 nights with my daughters. This hotel is in a bit of an odd location but if you like retail therapy, Colonie Center is literally across the street. This was my first time at a Staybridge and I will definitely be back. My daughters go to school in Troy so this will be my go-to from now on. The hotel was renovated in the past year and it shows. The rooms have a modern aesthetic that is still homely. The only drawback I would I say is that the bathroom is a bit small. Other than that, super pleased with our stay. Happy hour treats are a plus. We were at the Homewood Suites for 3 nights prior and I can honestly say this is the better property.

They honestly can’t seem to handle reservations through HOTELS.com. They kept charging my card and then saying it wouldn’t go through and they charges the hold for incidentals twice. Breakfast want that good either. Plentiful but not good. I asked for feather free pillows before we arrived and they acted like I asked for their first born when I had to ask again after we arrived.

It was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. From the moment I checked in, I was impressed by the friendly and helpful staff. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was immaculate and had everything I needed. The common areas were also well-maintained and inviting. I especially appreciated the complimentary meals, including breakfast and dinner, which were both delicious and plentiful. And let's not forget the free tap beer during happy hour!
