The best thing about this resort is the exit gate

Pros: Close to beech, if you like the strip it's close also. The staff were helpful but there flogging a dead horse.
Cons: The rooms the beds the decor the rooms we were in need lots of renovation.
Location: Great location great beech get the accommodation fixed out its prime location.
Rooms bland bed lumpy, pillows hard lumpy, shower area dirty black mouldy, shower no control had to jump out a few times as water went very hot not good for kids or elderly be aware please. Got moved to a better room very spacious but same issue with shower/bathroom area. The rooms we had look nothing like the pictures I guess those rooms must be for club members if you attend a 1 hour grilling you can become a member no thanks !! Sorry won't be back here not worth what I paid just feel disappointed and ripped off.

view superb you could never get bored with it.

Pros: close to the strip but very quite
Cons: rooms up dated
Location: location great
Hotel could do with some tlc staff friendly and very helpful. Not happy about paying extra for room safe,use of gym and having to pay for beach towels,

VERY PLEASANT PLACE TO STAY

Pros: Staff 100% and could not do enough for you. Food was very good and healthy which you dont usually associate with buffet food. We will be back
Cons: Need to stop the towel brigade from holding sunbeds ALL day when they are in their rooms.
Location: As above strip/beach and old town all nearby
Close to beach/strip and about 20 minute walk to old town or free shuttle available. Reception staff exceptional and very polite. bar was easy listening live music which was very nice in contrast to the strip which can be quite loud at times. The pool is probably best I have came across.

Prime Location

Pros: Location to the beach, lovely pool, sea view, balcony, rooms cleaned every day and air-con in each room.
Cons: Double bed was too firm and a bit small. Noise of other guests closing doors etc. a bit loud at night.
Location: Plenty of places to drink and eat nearby. The old town is only a 20 minute walk for an even bigger choice of restaurants and bars.
Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Cannot comment on the food as we never ate there.

Great location but tired accommodation

This was a family trip with 3 apartments booked in January 2015 and we had requested rooms close to each other for easy logistics and socialising. Despite booking 9 months in advance and 3 phone calls to the resort prior to arrival, one apartment was just about as far away from the other 2 as physically possible - not a concern for everyone, but very disappointing service for us and the resort refused any relocation. Of more general importance, this resort needs a lot of money spent on it as the rooms are dated, in a poor state of repair -for example, broken floor and wall tiles everywhere, holes in the walls where fittings have been replaced or removed, old and badly fitted appliances and loose or missing power outlets. We were told that renovations are underway but that is what we were told 5 years ago when we last visited. We overheard a staff member saying there were 3 renovated apartments on one of the floors, so from I would say more than 200 apartments that is not good at all, so beware. They have plenty of space though. Self-styled as a 4 star resort, this is 3 star accommodation at best. The location, though is first class, as the property has a great pool and a path leading straight onto the beach, reasonable cafes and bars and nightly entertainment here and at a group resort (Club Pria Oura) a 10 minute walk away. If you like loud and brash bars and clubs, the famous (or infamous) strip is 5 minutes away. So if you want a great location and don't expect too much form your apartment, go for it, otherwise, look elsewhere.
