With a view of the Albula Valley. A holiday home lies surrounded by the attractions of the Ela park on the sunny hill between the two mountain villages. Nationwide well-known sights known from the Tagesschau like Landwasserviadukt, the castle ruin Belfort, from the living room visible Crap Furo, (Monumental rock in the center of Graubünden), the Schobstobel waterfall and the thermal and sulfur bath with Golf club in Alvaneu are just some of the wonderful sights, which are reachable from this house by foot even by poor hikers. It is a little crowded paradise for hikers and nature lovers with medium and high mountain hikes from the house. Many of the sights are also accessible by car and public transport.
