The hotel was nice. Clerk was efficient. Very clean and accessible. My only concern is to assume a guest knows how to use a QR code to order dinner is unfair. A lot of ppl prefer to have something to hold.

We were greeted rudely by the man working the counter for graveyard. We had a medical emergency _ couldn't make check in on time. He acted as though we were a huge inconvenience & not welcome I felt his bad vibes, dirty looks & he told us that the morning crew would have to deal with us because he wasn't going to. The entire experience was horrible. Dead rodents & broken glass litters the parking lot & nobody bothers cleaning it up. I won't ever stay here again & don't recommend it to anyone.

The front desk guy (Lupe) was very rude when we checked in and the whole time he looked like he was frustrated!! This is why I do check in online so I don’t have to deal with rude people but this time he still asked for all my stuff I had already done online!!!

The front desk girl when I checked in was very nice and friendly. I didn’t get her name. The covers to both beds had stains on them. The restroom smelled like urine as if had even been mopped.
