Tv in room didn’t work. Hard to control thermostat. Booked a king and got a queen room. Room was visibly worn and dated. The lobby and outlets were more elevated than the room I received. Front desk service very good when checking in. Bar service good too.

I am mobility disabled but can walk just not well and have huge balance issues. The handheld shower head that I find invaluable was not working which was a huge disappointment plus the grab bars were very slick once wet and hard to hold. And, there was no shower mat in the tub which was very slick. I was so afraid that I was going to fall while taking a shower. The bed mattresses were adequate but not the luxury type found in most of the nicer hotels.

Honestly i will never stay here again, i used to love satying here. But from the start there is no free parking, i had to pay $35 just to stay there 2 nights. Only one attendant at check in, with a line of 10 people. had to wait 45 minutes just to get to my room. Room was outdated. I felt ripped off for the price and the service. At least the view was nice.
