The room at the hotel was pleasant and comfortable, and the cleaning staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring everything was well-maintained. However, the surrounding area has limited dining and entertainment options, so be prepared for a quieter stay or plan to travel a bit for more variety.

Ants in the bathroom. Stains on the sheets. Newly hired staff, inferring high turnover. Area around hotel is not a safe area, and the parking lot is likely a high crime area. Parking lot is also very expensive to park at. The bar was good, at least. Would not stay here again. Honestly a motel would have been better in most ways.

From the moment we arrived it was not good, after getting there from a 9 hour drive the receptionist took so long to check us in because the key system was not working. Going through the hallway you could hear everything in the rooms. We got into our room and it was not clean, the shower was stained and dirty. The shower faucet had built up in it. For the price you pay to stay here plus parking per night it was a definite thumbs down.

Stayed here a few times, but this last room we stayed in was bit older. Stayed on the 12th floor. Lots of wear and tear in the bathroom. Bed was small but super comfy. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

One of the check in front desk lady was very inpatient, spoke super fast she didn’t disclose the benefit for gold member. I didn’t know about the daily dining credit till check out. And the room is very noisy with mechanical sound and sound proofing of the walls are bad, you can literally hear the neighbor keying the safe.

This is a nice location. You are surrounded by law enforcement, so there is a feeling of safety. The parking lot is secured. Not thrilled about having to pay for parking, but that's just how things are these days. The room was comfortable. It had a small refrigerator, which came in handy. The shower head was my favorite. Very nice water flow. The beds were comfortable, but I would have loved an extra blanket. The staff was wonderful!

The staff & bar/food was great. The parking was horrible & although the room was very nice & clean, 2 suggestions is that the shower head was horrible with pressure & adjustments… also the channel changer did not light up at night so when one person was sleeping & the other wanted to change the channel you were guessing what was on the remote because you couldn’t see it!!! Not a great fan of this property
