Even though the room I had was an older style, I could not fault anything. It was absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean. It also had clean cutlery in paper bags, which I loved. The gentleman who I spoke with when I arrived was very courteous and polite. Will definitely stay again when I’m next in Lavington. Very happy customer. Thanks again for a great stay. 😊

Staff were lovely, room was clean and comfortable and the area was nice and quiet overnight. Great to be able to have the dog stay with us but would have been nice to have a larger area for the dog to walk

Check in ok. Cobwebs on ceiling. Couldn’t park outside room. Smelled of cigarettes, both in the room and outside. The curtains don’t close so there is no privacy. I had to use a pillow to keep them together. The bed was comfortable.

The staff member was fabulous when the wotif website had booked us a room which didn’t exist. He was very helpful and sorted things out quickly. The hotel itself had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

It was really amazing to be able to have your French Bulldog allowed in the room with us, and the checking in gentleman was so accommodating to our needs, thank we had a great stay

I didn’t like witnessing how the sheets were thrown on the ground near the stairs after the beds were stripped, the shabby look of the towels and the stained sheet on the single bed mattress where my son slept.
