I was actually referred to this hotel due to a problem with check in at the booked hotel.
Glad really as this was a lovely comfortable hotel.
Breakfast was well presented and tasty.
Staff friendly and professional.
After an overnight flight from west of USA we slept very well in the comfortable beds

Good value, dog friendly hotel
Pros:Dog friendly
Cons:Warm the rooms up a bit before people are due to arrive!
Location:Not far from Birmingham and also handy for Stratford and Warwick
We've stayed here twice now - hotel is very nice and the courtyard rooms are very spacious. They were very cold on arrival, but soon heated up when we switched radiator on. It's good to find a dog friendly hotel which is also good value and nice for the humans too! The bar area has been refurbished since our last stay and is lovely - nice choice of bar food (enormous portion of chips!) and the breakfast buffet was very good. The staff at breakfast were especially good - quick to clear plates and refill coffee. Would recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel, didn't use any of the facilities other than the room but nice room on the 1st floor in the Kings rooms.

Great overnight stop after a long journey
Pros:modern and roomy
Cons:see remarks above
Location:near to Stratford on Avon but we were not touring on this occasion
As my husband is having breathing difficulties we were given a ground floor accessible room.
It's only the facilities in it that I can find minor faults with. Many people with disabilities are elderly, with perhaps failing eyesight, and the lighting was abysmal. There was only a spare socket at skirting board level in which to put chargers. It would be so easy to have those socket plates in the wall which incorporate usb ports. e.g. by the dressing table. Couldn't work out exactly how the tv worked and there seemed no written details available. The bar food was very good. Lots of easy parking available. Great bed BUT we echo another reviewer who said the duvet was far to hot for summer. In fact we took the inner out and just used the duvet cover itself
